What are the PartyAnimal membership options?
We offer two options for our PartyPack:
- One-time purchase: $98 for a single PartyPack
- Annual subscription: $78 per year (20% off)
With the annual subscription, you'll receive a personalized PartyPack delivered 1-3 weeks before your dog's birthday every year. You can cancel your subscription at any time free of charge. Both options include the same great PartyPack tailored for your dog's celebration!
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription anytime through your online account portal or by emailing our helpful support team at support@partyanimal.com. There are no cancellation fees.
What kind of personalization is available?
When signing up, we’ll ask for your photo's of your dog, as well as their name, age, birthday, size, and color preference. This allows us to fully personalize the banners, hats, bandannas and other accessories that come in each PartyPack.
What's included in the PartyPack?
Every PartyPack comes with the same set of personalized items.
Each pack includes:
- A custom birthday banner starring your dog's adorable face
- A handmade birthday hat with your dog's name & new age
- A handcrafted bandana embroidered with their name & age
- Custom birthday treat toppers featuring your pup
- 2 personalized party hats so the whole family joins the fun
- A 50 piece balloon arch with a giant number balloon
- A personalized pack of stickers with your dog's face
- A free electric balloon pump for easy installation
All items are designed to make your dog's birthday celebration unique and memorable! Please note that while each item is personalized for your dog, we cannot add, remove, or substitute items in the PartyPack.
How long does shipping and fulfillment take?
Since each PartyPack is personalized and handmade to order, please place your subscription order at least 2 weeks prior to your celebration day. For existing members, your annual order will ship out 2-3 weeks before each birthday.
If you place an order with less than two weeks until the celebration date, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time. While we'll make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. In These cases, we will communicate with you throughout the process to keep you informed of your order's status.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If any items arrive damaged or not as expected, we offer complete refunds or replacements. We want you and your pup happy! Please contact us at support@partyanimal.com so we can make it right.
Do you sell party products individually outside the PartyPack subscription?
Not at this time. Our focus is creating a fully personalized, all-in-one PartyPack celebration experience delivered right to your door. We plan to expand our product line in the future though, so stay tuned!
What other products do you offer or plan to offer in the future?
Right now we are focused solely on making our PartyPack's the best experience possible for celebrating your pup! Made completely personalized for your dog, this box has everything you need for birthday magic. We do hope to expand our product selection soon. Please check back for announcements on new items!
