Shipping Policy
At PartyAnimal, we strive to process and ship your personalized dog birthday party packages as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information about processing times, shipping methods, and delivery.
- Processing Time All orders are custom-made and personalized based on the information and photos you provide. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be designed, crafted, and packed before shipping. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you via email when your order is ready to ship.
- Shipping Method PartyAnimal ships all orders via UPS or FedEx. We offer standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States. Expedited or overnight shipping options may be available for an additional fee. Please contact us at support@getpartyanimal.com for more information about expedited shipping.
- Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and your shipping destination. You will be able to see the shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order.
- Shipping Restrictions At this time, PartyAnimal only ships within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
- Delivery Time Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after processing. Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed. PartyAnimal is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
- Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the carrier's website.
- Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@getpartyanimal.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and replace any damaged items. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange for a replacement.
- Returns and Refunds Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for PartyAnimal orders. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
- Order Cancellations If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@getpartyanimal.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
- Subscription Orders For subscription orders, your personalized PartyPack will be shipped 2-3 weeks prior to your dog's birthday each year. You can update your shipping address or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at support@getpartyanimal.com.
